FAQ-01How many people can play at a time?
We can host up to 6 people per session. For larger groups, see team building.
FAQ-02How much is it?
$57.55 per person per hour, including tax and fees.
FAQ-03Will I play with strangers if I don't book the full room?
No — all sessions are private. We never mix groups.
FAQ-04What should I wear?
- Flat shoes suitable for walking.
- Clothing you can move in (crouching, reaching).
- Regular glasses are fine; oversized frames are not recommended.
FAQ-05What if I'm late?
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your slot. We reserve the right to shorten the experience if your group arrives late, in order to keep on schedule for other guests.
FAQ-06How long does it last?
Up to 40 minutes of game time per session.
FAQ-07Is there an age limit?
We advise against children under 8. Children 8–9 must be accompanied by an adult player. Reasons: gear sized for adults, certain interactions are out of reach, and the difficulty can be hard for younger players.
FAQ-08Is the location accessible?
We're on the 2nd floor of an elevator building at 166 5th Avenue, Manhattan.
FAQ-09Can I get motion sick?
Very rare — fewer than 1 in 2,500 guests. We'll do our best to accommodate if it happens to you.
